Good little Story, the scares are a bit too much, maybe make them dissolve when you can just see them to make it more eerie instead of run towards the Player with screeching.
/Unrelated to the Game:
I've used the same Project and you've done a good job with it, and the things you've added. I'd recommend "Adventure Creator", i think that would be a better fit, and is a way more fleshed out Asset, and works way better.
