Oh waow, yaa, sounds like it! This is the first I'm hearing about it - I have no idea what happened, hope you're not too upset! You can manipulate the savefile to unlock all "pic" variables if you don't want to do it all again!
sorry for the late reply but I found the save data and just deleted it and it fixed it then got all the things via normal gameplay
