Hi, I would like to do some improvements, could you share the source code of these tools?

As explained on the page I no longer have the source code for these. I plan to recreate them in a more modern fashion at some point but I don't have any ETA for that.

Wow, you've done a ton of work there. I recently started looking into recreating my old tools but it looks like you've got that covered!

If there's any assistance I can offer just let me know. Is there any effort underway in the community to recreate an implementation of the LHVM runtime engine?

You may know about the openblack project, which aims to recreate the whole game engine. There is a issue about LHVM but I don't know if somebody is working on it.

I was working on a graphical debugger for CHL scripts, but I've suspended the development waiting for more inspiration (but a text mode debugger is complete).

At the moment I'm working on a new land editor, but it is in a very early stage.

I haven't thought about a collaboration yet... Is there something you would like to do?
