Hey, Thank you for reporting this issue.
Could you check what the version of your game is?
In the mainmenu it will tell you if it is 0.07a, b, c or d.
No that's fine, it's more than likely I managed to accidentally load a previous save from 0.05 (I did start from a new one, i just more than likely loaded an old save by mistake) and that's what caused it, because I started a new save and so far had no issues. Sorry if it's caused undue stress. I'll keep you posted if it does happen again.
