I see what you mean. Other players having this problem have had the issue solved after updating their OS, updating their graphics drivers, or reinstalling their graphics drivers. I would recommend you to look into these options :)
For Apple monopolistic reasons, this game cannot run on iOS. As for Android users, I haven’t heard anyone having this kind of issue, because the mentioned tearing issue is due to a graphics driver misbehaving. The most common issue Android players have is the game crashing due to low RAM availability. And for this we’ve got potato mode in the settings that disable the most RAM-consuming parts of the game.
