I just ran a session of this with my wife and some friends. It ended up being a "Zany Rom-Com in the Subway" starring three cousins on their way to a ball in their Regency-style subterranean society of alternate-universe NYC. HP ended up reflecting both physical health and pride. My wife doesn't have much experience with TTRPGs, and she took to the game's mechanics immediately and had a great time. A+ would play again.
