The art was really good and I enjoyed the aesthetics. I did semi-enjoy the story but I would suggest watching the closer look on youtube for more in depth story telling. Played it with my friend and we both didn't enjoy the game because I felt that it could be made in google slides and wasn't fun to read everything. Maybe get a friend or someone to voice act. The game also didn't have a trinity hook which is the core of every successful game or even a demo. The only hook was the story and that hardly makes a strong game. You need a gameplay hook and a mechanical hook. Also the horror just wasn't there for me and I get scared easily AND was playing it at night. As an indie game dev you need to have experience in all aspects of game making, strong art and ok story just won't cut it, this game was just a choose your own adventure that i could read in second grade. Honestly the story was mediocre but the art was good. would recommend trying to expand the game to a bigger audience by adding an actual hook.

I'm not sure if you know what visual novels are? They're a whole game genre that's basically illustrated choose-your-own adventures. Some people like this, some people don't. You would probably do best avoiding games tagged "Visual Novel" (and/or described by their creators as visual novels) in the future.

LMAO GIRL ITS A VISUAL NOVEL XD I think this kind of game just does not appeal to you, no need to take it out on me cuz you're disappointed it was exactly what it was meant to be. I did not make this game to impress a single person who doesnt even like visual novels. I did not force you to play this demo. There's plenty of amazing horror games on itch, I'm sure one of them has a "hook" you so badly crave.

You really just downloaded a visual novel, and then took the time to write a whole wall of text to complain that it was a visual novel. Dude go be goofy elsewhere lol.
