There will be a consol skip for each level yes. But there's only 3 "story" levels currently. Which level are you refering to?
the school level where you have to go sneak in the university just go to the science lab its really hard
It will get indeed a skip later on. For an easier time for this level, you can give yourself with the command giveitem the BabyRattle or the ToyHammer. With it, you can throw it using <T> and knock the guards out.
