I know this is a little late, and I'm not Ferociter, but this is probably on your end, and due to either permissions settings (allow cookies, allow save files, etc) or you have way too much data in the file designated for itch.io, so clear data (MAY CAUSE PROGRESS LOSS IN OTHER GAMES) or update permissions.
