Same here. I'll refrain from cleaning up the now-disgusting base until another patch drops, lol.
I think I figured it out. If you have the solar power module on the atv from the last update, you need to take it off. Started working again after that.
thats weird. i looked at my atv and realized that it started out with no fuel, i refueled it and it started working.
