you need to get a jacket to be able to access the first Klaus event (you can get it in the Devon route and also another one I think but I forgot with who, maybe Rune)
And second spoilers:
You need to select Devon as a roommate and third spoilers:
when you’re asked to help him with the telescopes you have to choose to go to the cafeteria instead
