By the way, I'm an aspiring artists (still super newbie and learning). Just wanted to ask: how are you making this game? Are you using a specific VN engine or it's all made by yourself in a game engine? I'd like to do something like a comic or a VN in the future and I'm exploring ideas.

As for how I'm making it: I'm using Construct 3 which is not a game engine specifically designed for visual novels or anything, but if you have basic programming knowledge (like an understanding of arrays and if/else statements and all that) then you should be able to make one fairly easily in it since it uses blocks of logic instead of actual code. There are a lot of easier ways to make a VN though, like with Ren'Py or VN Maker by the same company who made RPG Maker. That said, those options are more limiting.
Thank you so much! I learned a bit of programming and I think I remember those things, but I'd still need to go through them again. The idea I had is making it mostly a VN, but then adding some sort of card mini-game, but that would be harder. Still, the first step is improving my drawing skills. Again, thank you!
