EDIT: ok nvm I got it - you need to bounce DOWN off the fish, now it makes sense. Confusing, but kinda fun. Leaving the original comment for people who might get similiarly confused.

It seemes bugged: the guy moves up on the top edge of the screen for a while, then camera stops while he still moves, and the game is lost when he's out of the screen.
Great artstyle though, hopefully the game will be fixed.
