I'm working on showing the resource sprites for each plant, hopefully I can have that up and running soon. I'm also working on making the Constructions easier to understand so the game will be easier to learn, but that might take a while longer.

And to complete my return, I do not use the time flower (reducing time speed), it's not clear for me the use of it and the interest. Even if it is the name of the game :p And I don't use the "waiting" action (with [Space]). But it's cool to have it if needed. It's just a feedback of how I play.
You can also add feedback when we take a ressource ("+3 fibers" popup).
Maybe you can also tell the player what kind of enemy are on this map or on the next spawn, then we can prepare usefull traps, linked to enemy's weakness.
Haha, yeah I haven't been able to make the Timeflowers that reduce time speed very useful. The ones that speed up time let you gather more resources and prepare traps if you camp in them, but the ones that slow it down are so far only useful when they spawn near the edges, so they slow down enemy spawning. I'll look into giving them more value.
