bth this sounds like deppesion, major at that, i have the same issue(s) but worse and i have crippling deppresion
In short no, It's not depression because you can see she really wanted to go to school and be with her friends. She might have developed depression because of her untreated narcolepsy, but I don't see much pointing in that direction.
