Rose takes you there automatically when the time is right.
If you've already been there. Rose takes you there on the Dark Path while Stella takes you there on the Good Path.

i've been there once but now i'm on the 127 dark parth part of stellas path and it wont let me go there again. and i've completed almost all the other quest.
