I loved the art style and how consistent each sprite was! It is clear you took the time to think about each sprite individually! The movement was also smooth and I also really appreciate the level design! Having the hot lava/fire sprouts blow smoke and pause before they can do damage is a grate way to help the player time their movement! Good job!
