I have finished the game long ago, but from what I remember, if you go to Jafar for the last quest without sending Jasmine to the bar or brothel to work at the beginning of the day, she will object it. So you have to send her to work before going to Jafar to start the last quest. Hope this helps.

I can't use this way to make Jasmine work in the brothel, it just says "the brothel is closed and so on" I don't understand

I remember that workplaces only open during the day. Did you send her at the beginning of a new day? If brothel doesn't work try other workplaces, like the pub? Idk.I t's really been a long time since I played lol.
