it's not in my library, I tried clicking on his page and I don't see it there. A lot of people have the same issue and he refuses to acknowledge them.

I'm a bit confused because I am in a conversation with you and customer support from itch which you haven't responded to. It brings up as has been brought up before many times, that you can make a legacy version available to those who bought it before via the restricted access setting. So please just do that.
