No, the prologue is free but the full game will cost $9
Do you have a patreon for "development builds" or "expanded demos"?
In the future I plan to make beta versions for subscribers to my Patreon. In them, chapters of the game will be shared as they are finished and playable. When the first one is available, I will announce it here in a devlog
