I said it before and I'll say it again, it's still so crazy to me that this is your first game. Even if it's not perfect (But really, nothing ever is. Let's not kid ourselves here) it's still a title I hold in high regard and feel it's better than you let on during the intro and even in this post.
That being said though... I don't disagree with the points listed but I kind of never paid it much of any mind or thought it was that big of a deal because:
- I was too engrossed by the story anyways
- I had this sort of head canon that it had something to do with him being an angel, that then was reinforced by MC saying he didn't know what his 'power' was after becoming a Guardian.
- It was mentioned a few times in-game how the male population is much smaller than the female population so I kind of figured that there's potentially a lack of people they found desirable at the time and here comes someone new and different with a breathe of fresh air in how they carried themselves in comparison to most people they've interacted with.
- It's a harem game with plenty of characters, we often won't be able to spend time with our favorite characters as much as we'd like.
That being said, however, I'm not opposed to getting a remake. As much as I really would like to see this arc to the end, I would love to see more scenes and interactions to build things up a bit more with love interests. If the price of that is a remake and a bit of a rewrite to what we have then it is what it is.
