I'm gonna throw in a few of my favorite creators, most have 1 or more completed projects, some have just one project with many version updates, and some updated engines, where the game has to be completely remade, and requires the game to be completely redone with sometimes a year or more for that to happen. Sometimes this is due to the Pat_re_on*Police.

Free-to-Play but accepts donations, any level of which makes you a Patron, and gives access to Discord and Picarto.TV where you can watch him work if you're really bored and he's working live.
One of very few games with an actually repeatable pregnancy function you can play with.
Dr. Sin's (Lewdlab Universe)
- Dreams of Desire (definitive) (finished) (Many ways to lose, handful of various ways to win)
- Midnight Paradise (getting completely revamped after steamrolled by Patryon Cops) recent new content release so hopefully back into production and done with rebuilding.
Runey's:
- Harem Hotel. One of my absolute top tier favorites. Can't say enough good things about this creator. He has worked himself to the bone for years, and it shows in his work. He regularly tosses out ideas and keeps in touch with his Patrons for far future ideas, usually at least several months-to-a year+ in the future, finds a way to work in his favorite elements of the Patron suggestions. His VN is an amazing piece of work.
(Still in progress) The single biggest work I've found. Something like 14ish gigs download in compressed form
Mr. Dots' Games (Donutistan Universe) lots of little "Easter Eggs" in all of his works, and substantial character crossover as well.
- Melody (Finished work) many ways to lose. Handful of various ways to win.
- Sunshine Love. (Main current work) Three seasons in, preparing to wrap up the final season. Regular teasers, great at keeping in touch with his customer base, even through the worldwide CoVId19 debacle. Great dialogue and narration. MC should be an anti-florist with as much deflowering he does.
- DMD Attempting to bypass the language filter... "DATEENG MY DOTTUR" so, skip that one if it offends your sensibilities. Not available on Patreon due to content. Available through his own page, or Subscribestar. May not be your "cup of tea" due to the particular kink. (Mostly finished, just wrapping up various endings and final character routes. Scheduled to be finished this year. 2023)

- Halfway House Interesting story. Amazing graphics and production values. Every decision you make is scored, and will affect the future events somehow, so frequent saves allow a huge amount of exploration and experience of various paths.
