to play it on a steam deck you need:
1. Switch a console to a desktop mode
2. Download and unpack archive
3. Open Steam app and search for the non-steam games
4. Find a right exe file and add it to steam.
5. If it’s doesn’t run you need to change some settings of the game in steam. It’s very easy. Here is a nice tutorial.
