Strange, may I know which name you're trying to enter?
Also just in case, you cannot enter the name with the "enter" key, you need to manually click the submit button.

It may be useful if you sent me the player.log file that Unity generates when you play the game.

1. First run the game until you find the issue, let it crash the game or bug out, then close it.
2. Then hold the Windows key and press R (The windows key should be between the CTRL and ALT keys on the left side of your keyboard).
3. This should bring up the "Run" program. Paste the following line in the box and press enter.
   %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\NC\CoillCity\
4. You should see a file called player.log, send me an email with that file attached to the email address below.
   

In the email, please make to add which name you tried to enter, exactly as you typed it in the game.
