well to be honest you can but it costs 100$ and most gacha mod creators can't because most of them are under 18 but not all of them, and if there over 18 most of them don't have 100$ sorry.
True. Gacha mods also aren't official, which wouldn't be allowed on iOS app store if I'm not wrong based on their tos, and they'd have to find another way to get people to download their game.
You're exactly correct. Its not just ios too i dont think, as gacha plus was taken off of the play store. Its also the reason ChibiMation was changed from a mod to an official dress up game, so they could release it on IOS (to my knowledge).
