I went to Bloodthirster at the gym after using orc ale but so far there's no options to have sex with him? I noticed on the wiki there's a random event with him where you get off on his musk, but idk how to begin doing that, or if the wiki is outdated
Every time I go to the gym now, all I get is that he's busy working out and then it ends. How do I do more stuff with him?
