Following the guys walkthrough, he doesn't mention.bomb+ on how to find the recipe for it, just says to buy it on day 31 but how?

Ahhhh I'm used to seeing formulas and such for the recipes and assumed the encyclopedia was a book you read. Thank you for that, confused the hell out of me lol
