For the bottom, you must lose the training by only having stats lower than 20 while being a submissive and bottom position. (in other words be submissive and breedable)
For top. beat Roushk in the training by having stats above 25 I think? you must be dominant and your position must be a top. (in other words giga chad alpha male mode)
there's a bottom dominant variant. beat Roushk and be dominant while having bottom position
