for some reason, whenever I try to download the model it takes forever, and when it reaches the 'end' of the download it uhh.. has a network error, when I retry it says its 'forbidden'

I looked it up, it says it can happen when your internet cuts out, have you been having connection issues lately?

not at all, however since I have moved, it seems anything I download on Itch.IO takes forever, things that are only like 208 mb or such take 3 hours, but my internet speed is great with 400+ mb download.. I'm unsure how to fix this without bugging my roommate to possibly check with their provider, its been rather frustrating, however, with the other things they still download, its only yours I get 'forbidden' upon reaching the end of the download.

I would try a using a different browser or possibly downloading from the Itch.io app. Let me know if either of those work. If not, I can refund you or send you the file directly.

I've tried a few different browsers, didn't even know there was a itch.io app, i'll give that a shot, but if I have the same issue, I'll just ask for the direct files from you, I adore your work, and thank you for being so quick to respond!

can't even download the itch app, won't let me, same issue, 'forbidden' could just add me on discord, same name.
