If you open the options tab on your browser (3 dots) and select "downloads" then press on the file and select "install" it should be added to your app locker and/or home screen depending on your settings. If not, searching via name to open and then changing your settings should help. If not, look into your phone settings and reinstall. Hope that helps!!
