We would appreciate it if you could give us some more information about the nature of your problem so that we can find a solution as soon as possible!
Please note that you need to have an appropriate program installed, such as Winrar, to unpack the RAR file. Also, we currently only support Windows as a platform, but we hope to be able to provide MAC support in the near future.
