We can't fix the issue, since we never published a browser version, that's some third-party thing.
As for saves — if it's using the ren'py web, then it should have a menu on top left with a "Export saves" option.
The save-files inside of the zip-archive should go to:
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\RenPy\ACADEMY34-v0.2.3
And on android — sadly there is no such option :(
