The concept and the 2x use of the limitation are absolutely fantastic. searching for the doctor with the right set of skills to handle the patients is quite fun. The game is very neat and enjoyable.
There is a small issue I noticed where when you lose and restart, the difficulty seems to stay at the same previous game level like I restarted 4 times and the game seemed to be getting harder at the start each time and I get an influx of patients I could barely save anyone. So I had to close and re-open the game to reset the difficulty.
The game is great nonetheless and the whole office job simulation is done quite well. Very good stuff. Well done!
