if the entry way is opened then use the cart but if the cart wont work just use teleporter ability, not the one that sends you back home, but the other one if you have unlocked it
To get inside it youll have to teleport from the other where the cart is to where the door is then use the ether ability ( the ability that allows you to go through doors) then boom you should be good
