I just recently purchased the game and having a hard tie navigating around the screen, it seems like I can't get to move around the patient or get them to move. Any suggestions? Love the game.
I'm not sure why you can't move around, normally you can press the space bar to switch between the interface and character control. If you don't like the control, you can change the keys in the options.
