Quest 2 app works for about a week, then stops opening

Hi, I bought the Quest 2 version of Heresphere and am blown away by its capabilities. But I’ve been having an issue with stability on v0.9.3. As mentioned in my title, the app works well for about a week, and then it simply fails to open. I have tried rebooting the Quest a couple of times, and the device is updated to the latest version of its OS. This time, when the app stopped working, I was in the middle of tagging a video when the screen went blank and the Quest rebooted itself.

Now, when I attempt to open Heresphere, it briefly shows a black screen with three gray/white loading dots, and then it kicks me right back to the Quest desktop after just a few seconds. Reinstalling the app fixes the problem temporarily, but I’ve had to do that twice now, and I don’t like having to re-enter my website logins each time. I wonder if rolling back to an earlier version might be more stable? I have a few other apps for VR video playback and those are still working fine, but I would rather use Heresphere!

The only other version I have used is the demo, which has been uninstalled. In the meantime, I also wonder if there is a way to at least preserve my logins to speed up the reinstallation process.

Do you know if your Quest 2 is overheating, and that's causing the Quest to reboot? If so, maybe try lowering the resolution setting in the advanced video settings. Another possibility is somehow the corrupted data isn't getting completely removed with an uninstall. There currently isn't a way to backup the saved data on the Quest 2, but I'm currently looking into it. In the mean time, if it's not too much of a hassle, then a factory reset of the Quest 2 might help.
