Oh, since you said that if you don't burn the notes but keep the truth during the Apprentice ending, you get the Obedient ending instead, I thought there is an extra scene where he catches you and then it continues on that route? So you get switched onto the Obedient route, but you get to see a scene where he catches you. :D
Oh it's fine, don't worry! :) I just played through the game recently, and I tried getting both ends. That's really cool that he actually catches you if you didn't burn the notes! And you were right, I replayed the 3x explore and he really doesn't brainwash you right away! I think it's cause I played that scene at 3am the first time I played it, so I mistook it and thought he put you in the chair right away, haha!
I normally usually burned the notes, so that's the only scene on the non-kidnapping routes (ie. where you take the carriage) where it affects something, right? I was just wondering if there were more scenes I haven't seen yet if I tried to replay that section (invitation routes) with unburnt notes or if I've seen everything, like minor dialogue changes.
Btw how do the white clothes you're given look? What should I imagine? Is it the white uniform the Fatui guard has or something entirely else, like a white lab outfit or something? :) For some reason I kept imagining some soft cotton clothes, haha!
