Cute little game, as I'm starting to see with your work. I'm actively enjoying the endearing pixel art style in your games!
This one has a nice little pac-man spin on it, and I don't think the game needs much more than that. Just adding some more flavor, like buffs/nerfs to the penguin and/or ice creams, music, and sfx, is all I'd suggest.
