Not a bug. Every time you exit and re-enter the room, the boss and story for Bell resets. Mofu-san is currently fixing some bugs and finishing up the story for this event. Possibly in the next update, the current story for Bell will be completed and Mofu will remove the switch that resets the boss fight. Until then, you can fight the boss as many times as you like to see if you can find and report any bugs.
