You have to activate cheats by going on the achievements and clicking on cheat achievement to activate the cheats, then go on the pause menu and click on unlock scenes
can't unlock it the normal way ?
no you can't if you read it in the latest patch notes, they removed it only way to access it, is by activating cheats
