When will you fix the black screen on android or its permanent?

I didn't see any black screen on my phone when I was testing
can you tell me what ver of Android your using?
Tbh honest I dont really know how to check versions but all I can say is A40
I see we pretty much have the same phone lol. I have an A10 with Android 11.
the only thing I can think of why it happens is that you running Android 8-9
