In fact, including that would have diluted the theme in that the prosecutors of the (absolutely definitely not) Ace Attorney world do not fight fair and are afforded luxuries that the defence don't get (they can mess up in court a little more for example). If I had included a way to win the case conventionally, that messaging would have completely missed the mark.
