Nice artstyle, music fits. I like that the ability to control the fruits is a power and switching is incentivized as the fruit that switches them gives a higher point value. Like others said, it's impossible to dodge bombs while controlling fruit. Perhaps, instead of the star fruit you could press a button to switch between the two controls but there's a cool-down so you have to plan your switches ahead of time to avoid bombs. Or perhaps there could be a way when controlling fruit to knock bombs out of the way. The game may also benefit from a lose state, as the player gains score too quickly for the bombs' "-3 points" punishment to really be a worry.

Either way, enjoyable game. Polish it up a bit, make the mechanics a bit tighter, and this could fit pretty snuggly as an addicting mobile game.
