Version 1.3 for Windows not starting

Just downloaded and installed version 1.3 through the itch app. When the game launched, it failed to load and simply crashed. I'm running Win 10, 64-bit, 16 GB RAM, Nvidia GTX 1060. Version 1.2 ran without issue.

Can you check if you have Citrix installed?

Search doesn't come up with Citrix.

Hmm you have a more than capable system.

I would try a reboot, low or medium settings, also if it created a crash report, that might let me figure out what went wrong.

I definitely don't want a refund, love the game. I'm wondering though, might it have anything to do with the WIndows version being 32-bit? I know that it shouldn't, but 1.2 ran with no issues. I've even deleted the old files and started over fresh with the same results (manual install vs. through the app).

you could be right, im doing some tests now to see if it could be. hang tight :O

The physics system seemed to have issues with the 32 bit build, looks like it may have broken some things.

Im currently uploading the 64 again, it should update in your itch app, give it a try in an hour and let me know

actually, looks like i was able to make a separate 64, so you need to download that. it wont patch over the 32 bit

I just downloaded the 64 bit version and it hangs during the physics of the splash page. It freezes when the rocks are dropping.

I have the same issue : ( just downloaded. I get the intro screen and title, then nothing else happens

Hi, same thing is happening to me. And my PC is decent so I don't think it's an issue with hardware not keeping up.

Same here. Running 1.3. Tried with any graphics settings, windowed, full-screen. Game shows the splash screen, then hangs.

Just downloaded the Version 1.3 64 bit for Win and it hangs and does nothing at the entry screen. I have a high end built system which should be more than capable of running this game. Basically it opens hangs no mouse cursor and I have to quit it through Task Manager.

I just bought version 1.3. When I start it up I get the intro screen and then it just stops doing anything and I can't proceed. I've already checked for updates but it is up to date.

go to your itch app, make sure that you have the 64 bit installed if you have a 64 bit system.

Click on the gear icon next to launch

Manage

Check for update

I've just now checked for updates. I reinstalled the 64 bit version, but I still get the same problem. I start up the app and get to the screen that says the app was made in unity and then the app doesn't do anything anymore..
