/If you have Windows 7/8/10 it will work. You don't need anything in particular. It's just the zip file you download.

hmmm? i'll just wait until the next update an try again sense i have winows 10

I don't know what you are doing wrong. Do you have an extension in your browser preventing you from downloading it? Are you using spoof agents? You could play it right now. Did you press "No thanks"?
