This might not be a "bug" per se, but I'm pretty sure it's not intended behavior:

I figured Kinwa just had that low tech, but might not be intended to be that much.

Ah... So that could be a bug? I just thought she was the most breedable character in the game. If I need 400 offspring in one go, I go to her. XD
