It doesnt seem to work on android

I keep getting this "An exception has occurred" message as soon as I open the game

I need help if it's fixable

Did you copy/paste the folder with the missing files from the rar to the installed game folder? I'm on Android and had a similar error too but I managed to fix it simply by doing that.
