So, with the giving birth in regards to the maggots, when your done you character falls over like when you reach climax. But, the maggots aim for where your hit box would be if you were not exhausted and end up not triggering their scene. Also some kinda unbirthing if there are a lotta maggots would be cool (im on android if there is much of a difference between systems, oh well)
