This was really great! I can't believe it was just under 500 words. It was emotional, funny, and perfectly balanced between setting the scene, introducing threads of the character's past, and progressing the plot. The player choices really helped put me in the character's skin, which is difficult to do in so few words. You really nailed this and I can't wait to see what else you do!
