And make sure if your storage is full or not. I suggest you to download 32 bits. it did worked for me. I mean everyone thought their phone was 64 bits at first. but they were wrong. I was one of them which I thought my phone was 64 bits too :( I'm in 32 phones
Which phone 32 bits tried to download 64 bits app but it didn't work so it means that phone was not supported 64 bits
